At Tabletennisstore, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on most items in their original, unused condition. Please note that custom-assembled paddles and used rubber cannot be returned due to their personalized nature.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in original packaging with all tags attached; equipment like blades and rubbers must not have been glued, cut, or used in play.

  Request Authorization

  Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the designated return shipping address.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Pack your items securely in a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our technicians inspect and approve the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
