What is your shipping policy for international orders?
We ship worldwide using premium carriers like DHL and FedEx. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination, with most international orders arriving within 7-14 business days.
Can I return a custom-assembled racket?
Because custom rackets are tailored to specific player requirements, we cannot accept returns on assembled paddles unless there is a manufacturing defect. Unopened, standalone blades and rubbers can be returned within 30 days.
How do I maintain my table tennis rubber to make it last longer?
To preserve tackiness and grip, we recommend cleaning your rubbers with a specialized foam cleaner and sponge after every session, then applying protective sheets before storing your paddle in a case.
Are all your products ITTF approved?
Most of our competition-grade rubbers and balls are ITTF (International Table Tennis Federation) approved for tournament play. You can find the ITTF logo on the product packaging and the base of the rubber.
